Logic Workout is making you stronger, faster and more flexible.
Drawing on my engineering background in mechanics, I devised a method to optimally activate muscle fibers thanks to the dynamic instability of fitball exercises.
It is so efficient that you can reach a peak physique in just 2 Hours per Week.

THE TRAINING:
Each exercise is done with one or two fitballs. Muscle fibers that you probably never used before will fire up to counter the instability. The result is unparalleled agility, speed, and strength.

Just tap start and start working out. 
The app is your guide. It takes care of the planning, offering you a tailored workouts based on your fitness level and aspirations. Each session comprises a thoughtfully curated combination of four exercises, ranging from Entry to Master level.

THE ORIGINE OF LOGIC WORKOUT
I am Paul, hailing from France. In 2006, a severe snowboarding accident left me with debilitating injuries to my right leg and shoulder. Enduring two surgeries and three years of physiotherapy, I faced the grim prospect of relying on a cane for the remainder of my life. Rejecting this fate, I employed an unconventional approach. Drawing on my engineering background in mechanics, I devised a method to optimally activate muscle fibers: instability and asymmetry.
Shifting away from conventional weight training, I embraced fitball exercises for their inherent instability. This strategic choice compelled my brain to synchronize various components of my body and swiftly activate muscle fibers. Astonishingly, within six months of daily 10-minute fitball sessions, my leg regained full strength and flexibility. Witnessing this transformative journey, I extended the same principles to the entire body, birthing the philosophy of Logic Workout.
